Nyama Catering was set up in 2003 by George Zaayman & Johannes Burger. What began as a back-garden 2-man enterprise grew into one of the top Outside Catering outfits in the UK.
In 2013 Nyama celebrated a decade of successful BBQ (or what we like to call "Braai") Catering.
We are specialists in the Spit Roasting of Pigs, Lambs, Venison, Water Buffalo's and anything that can be slow roasted on a Spit. We've also become known as the nr 1 Braai Company in the UK. Oh for those not in the know: A Braai is basically the only way you should BBQ!
